grass fed & finished beef
WHY GRASS FINISHED?
Our cows graze on grasses and forbs from the start of their lives to the day they are butchered. They never consume grain, making our herd entirely grass-fed and grass-finished. We choose this path because it's good for the environment --- fewer greenhouse gas emissions --- and for the health of grazing animals, which have evolved to thrive on pasture. Our grazing practices are good for you, too, since grass-finished cattle produces flavorful, healthier meat. Our livestock are not treated with hormones, steroids or sub-therapeutic antibiotics.
