Winter Tasting Menu:
Join us for an evening celebrating the seasonal bounty of Montana's farms and mountains. Featuring the culinary arts of Chef Jason Cook of My Neighbor's Farm, this five course tasting menu with curated beverage pairings showcases the abundant and warming flavors of the winter table, bringing you on a journey through forest, hearth and fermentation. With locally sourced ingredients—from wild harvested huckleberries to grass-finished Thunder Road Farm beef—each dish is grounded in the landscape and prepared with respect for the ingredients and those who produce them.
About The Chef:
Jason Cook has spent years cooking his way across the country, diving deep into the flavors and traditions that make each region unique. From smoky barbecue pits in the Southeast to award winning coastal kitchens in the Pacific Northwest, he’s picked up stories, techniques, and a love for the people behind the food. Now he brings that journey home through My Neighbor’s Farm, crafting farm‑to‑table dinners that celebrate local ingredients while nodding to the diverse foodways that shape our national heritage. At My Neighbor’s Farm, every plate is a chance to share a story—one that blends tradition, creativity, and a genuine love of good food.
